You have been hired as a risk manager. As a part of the assignment, research a risk manager position that may be of interest to you. To begin to identify the issues, you will need an RM plan. There are several RM plans to view on the Internet.
- Identify your role as a risk manager for an organization by reviewing a job description and any other information on the organization and identify the organizational risks.
- Assess the potential risks within the organization.
- Design an RM strategy to minimize organizational risks (treatment for risks/risk mitigation).
- Evaluate the requirements to implement the strategy.
- Analyze how you would monitor the progress of the new RM strategy.
