When they start talking about anonymous mentoring and “Performance Assessment for Twitterholics”: I just don’t really get it. But it’s a new world out there and someday all the old people (including me) will be working for you. You guys will have to come up with all the new procedures, products, and ideas. So, start now. Tell me an original idea to provide mentoring in the future. By original; I mean one that you think up.
