1. Provide a citation of the article in MLA or APA format
2. Write three paragraphs summarizing the primary argument/lesson of the article and any supporting evidence (300-350 words)
3. Write another three paragraphs explaining how the arguments/lessons affect you as a working professional (300-350 words)
