· You will also need to determine if a work performance sample outside the interview setting would be useful or critical for a high-quality selection process, explain why or why not.

· Then you would take the three candidates and setup a matrix of no more than five factors, give weights to the factors, and score and rank the candidates.

· Once you have selected the most qualified candidate. Then create a training program that will train the newly hired individual to the position, the organization, and provide an evaluation criteria format for the overall training performance.
