Bleeding has persisted with applying pressure by pinching nares. He has no past medical history for nosebleeds. He also has no other significant medical history. He has no known drug allergies. He is on no medications. The patient and his mother deny trauma or exciting events to the nose.He says he just “woke up with a nosebleed and it won’t stop.”
