The Jansson (2016) article from this week’s Recommended Resources addresses conflicts between ethics and agency demands, and it may be helpful to read. Prepare an initial post, in which you
· Assess the overall significance of specific ethical and professional behaviors in the case management process.
· Determine the knowledge and/or skills that should be demonstrated by professionals.
· Support your post by providing examples of applicable ethical standards, as well as examples of professional responsibilities from the text and drag and drop activity.
